Kiraya Manager ("we", "us") helps landlords manage rentals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@kirayamanager.com.
Information we collect
- Early-access list: the email address you submit and the page it came from.
- In-app data (once launched): the property, unit, tenant, agreement, and payment details you choose to enter.
- Reminders: a device push token so we can send rent due and overdue alerts.
How we use it
- To send you early-access updates and let you know when we launch.
- To operate rent tracking, agreements, and reminders inside the app.
- To improve reliability and fix problems.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (for example, hosting and push-notification delivery), under agreements that require them to protect it.
Retention & deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your early-access email or account data at any time by emailing hello@kirayamanager.com.
